Security Bollards - Sheffield

Steel bollards are designed to be stronger than timber posts and can withstand greater force enabling them to last longer. The edges are smooth and round and there is no splitting or splintering to cause injury to people or animals.

Typically installed into the ground at a minimum depth of 600mm and compacted with concrete cement. An anchor is then attached through the hole at the bottom to anchor the post into the ground. For circumstances where the post may be hit by cars or larger vehicles it is recommended to install at a depth of 900mm for greater resistance.

The Steel bollard can be powder coated in any RAL colour and a reflective strip can be added to increase visibility at night or in poorly lit car parks. The steel posts are easy to clean as graffiti may be an issue and they are crack and chip resistant.
